Module 5 Discussion Forum: Educational Applications
This week’s discussion board post will be discussing educational applications and how patients/community receive information.
Initial Post: Considering your gap in service (you may use your DNP project topic), identify and describe the evidence-based guideline that is not being followed (causing the gap in service). Once you have identified the guideline(s), identify how patients receive the information regarding the evidence-based guidelines. You must have at least two scholarly references.
Peer Response: Complete two (2) scholarly responses on your peers’ post including 1 reference for each post.
