Time Sheet & Daily Activity log My focus is Mental Wellness. That’s what my research is about. Every week, I have to submit a Time sheet & Daily Activity log which is on page 10 of the Handbook. When you check the Internship Contract, I’m available to do 30hrs per week, it don’t necessary have to be 30hrs but at least 25hrs per work. Maybe that can help in filing in the Time sheet. Kindly check the Assignment Overview from May 27-June 03. It gives details of what was required from me to for that week. The Time Sheet form is inside the Handbook on page 10-11.
